Petition from the late Sayyid Javad's son-in-law regarding the writer's property that was in the hands of Muhammad Ibrahim, son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn. Muhammad Ibrahim was son of Sayyid Javad's sister and has claimed this property as his mother's share of the inheritance. Includes a draft settlement between Taji Khanum and Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mu‘tasam al-Mamalik over a property dispute in the presence of Sahib Ikhtiyar, ‘Ali Khan Mirpanjah (the Governor of Asadabad), and a few others. Either side has to act within the next twenty days. The writer verifies the authenticity of the document and a copy of it is held by Haji Sayyid Hadi.

Copy of a settlement between Rubabah, daughter of Muhammad Khalil, son of Haj Muhammad from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, and her aunt, Fatimah Sultan, daughter of the merchant Muhammad Mahdi from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, who is Rubabah's mother-in-law, exchanging everything that Rubabah owns, including property, money, gold jewelry, copperware, books, furniture, clothes, and dishes for seventy-five grams of sugar candy.

Complaint by Sayyid Muhsin, the tenant farmer of ‘Ali Abad village, located in Bihnam Sukhtah in Varamin, that despite paying taxes the water irrigation to the property has been stopped and his cotton farms are drying out, so he asks for compensation; a copy of a decree, dated 1900 or 1901, received by the Ministry of Finance on November 15, 1914, probably by Muzaffar al-Din Shah to Ghulam Riza Khan Asif al-Dawlah, ordering the uninterrupted irrigation of ‘Ali Abad village from Jajrud river
